How to get outstanding fitness level to Martial Arts and Combat sports like BJJ & MMA? Here is the Warrior conditioning routine You need only 1 Kettlebell and a timer! Set up your timer for 5 minutes, 20 seconds swings 10 seconds rest for 5 minutes! Choose a kettlebell what you able to swing with the right form for 20 seconds between 10 - 15 reps, if is easy get heavier, if can't hit the 10 get a lighter, work on the form before you try this! If you compete in BJJ with 5 - 10 minutes and do it again just like you step to the mat for the next fight, usually at least 10 - 15 minutes you have between but you wait only 5 - 10! If you doing MMA after wait a minute rest and do it again but not with the same Kettlebell one size lighter for safety reasons if you are confident and get very good techniques try with the same Kettlebell! Also if you are simply want to get a warrior conditioning level this can be your routine to get outstanding fitness, and weight loss!
