Hi, My name is Attila

Started Martial Arts in Hungary in 1986 and I'm enjoying this journey since! Learn every day something is building character and develops skills! Moved to UK in 2004 and next day I joined to Carlson Gracie London BJJ club and now I represent Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Slough as a black belt!! I'm lucky to train with many high level athletes in different Martial Arts, Combat sports like BJJ, Muay Thai Boxing, Boxing and MMA and with strength conditioning I helped them to get better physical level! I'm 50 years old this year and I love to help people over 40 who thinks they never can get strength again or never been strong but they want to be but don't know how! For me the real strength conditioning is never sport specific, I believe first of all be strong as a human being after time to get specialised skills! My mission is to make people around me stronger, healthier and happier! All happens in head first and create a mind, physical, emotional balance is develops essential to get a healthy strong, and happy life! Really hope you'll find these courses beneficial, and be ready more of them are coming soon! Attila

With Pavel Tsatsuline

and with the StrongFirst

I started to train with kettlebells around 2006 and I wanted to belong to something really outstanding group like this! Already I had over 20 years Martial Arts experience behind me and was hungry to learn something new and in 2009 made my decisions! In UK that time wasn't any kettlebell instructor from Pavel / probably I was one among the firt/ and seen an advert online " 3 days what changes your life" let me tell you something it wasn't "only" advert those 3 days are completely changed my life and my approach to training! I signed up and the course was in Hungary in 2009 at an ex Russian Military Base and top of that Pavel Tsatsuline was leading the course! In 20011 I made the level 2 /it ws the last RKC course before the change to StrongFirst/

Horseshoe bending to David Whitley

In 2013 July I was I was on one of the Kettlebelle instructor course to assist what always a great experience and honour! The course was leaded by David Whitley who trains as old time strongman and one of his feat is bending a horseshoe! I never tried but I had a decision before that event I'll bend it and practised in my mind and when I went there just bent it for real! Everything happens in head first and if you set up a good mind set to achieve something you can get it if action follows your positive thinking!
