Anyone who doesn't find a solution or direction here on the topic of the shoulder is nowhere. I have been involved in martial arts for over 30 years and I can honestly say that this is one of the most comprehensive, in-depth problem-solving approaches to the shoulder area, whether it be exercise, rehab, mobility, stretching, or anything else that may be a question on this topic. In the summer of 2024 I had a fall at home which caused me severe pain. I've had MRIs and ultrasounds which showed damaged to my left shoulder. I thought painkillers and anti-inflammatories would work but nothing did. I've been doing these shoulder exercises for several months now and month by month i have noticed massive improvements. I'm not saying these exercises will heal your injuries over night but if you do them consistently you will find the pain will ease and your arm will get stronger. Try it out for yourself and you will see. Highly recommended.
