Read MoreIn the summer of 2024 I had a fall at home which caused me severe pain. I've had MRIs and ultrasounds which showed damaged to my left shoulder. I thought painkillers and anti-inflammatories would work but nothing did. I've been doing these shoulder exercises for several months now and month by month i have noticed massive improvements. I'm not saying these exercises will heal your injuries over night but if you do them consistently you will find the pain will ease and your arm will get stronger.
